The North Lincolnshire Primary Care Award 2025, facilitated by Safecare Network in collaboration with NL GP Federation, aims to commend the tireless efforts of our primary care colleagues throughout the year. This initiative is designed to recognize their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community.
With ten distinct categories such as Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) of the Year, Clinical Improvement Awards across various domains, and recognition for outstanding individuals and teams, the award celebrates excellence across the spectrum of primary care.
The collaboration with NL Health and Care Partnership (NL ICB) and Humber and NY LMC team underscores our collective commitment to supporting and uplifting the primary care sector. Through this award, we seek to not only appreciate the hard work of our colleagues but also inspire them to continue their valuable contributions in the near future, ultimately enhancing the quality of care delivered to our community.
