Primary care support

Safecare Network is a not-for-profit Federation of 19 North Lincolnshire GP practices, covering approximately 170,000 patients. Our vision is to provide innovative, high-quality healthcare for local communities by working in partnership with others.

Safecare is constantly looking at ways of supporting the practices in the Federation with ways of working together which do and will produce consistent services across North Lincolnshire for our patients.

Our vision

Be proactive and innovative within the community care and help to minimise acute hospital admission.

To attract investment into primary care to help sustain our member practices.

Supporting practices to work with other providers to provide better integrated care for patients.

Making fair and transparent decisions about the allocation of resources to practices providing services that represent value for money.

To build on healthy relationships in a fair and transparent way in order to work together at scale and provide the best possible out of hospital care.
