Dr Mubark Jajja has worked in the NHS for 18 years and holds a variety of roles within primary care. He is a GP Partner at Ancora Medical Centre and Ancora Health care Group.

In 2020 he was appointed Chair Director of the North Lincolnshire GP Federation, his role includes, finance, contracts, business procurement/development, GP Out of Hours, Urgent Access Hub, Mass Vaccination Services

Dr Jajja is determined to ensure that the Federation supports general practice to remain sustainable and continue to deliver high quality care to all North Lincolnshire residents.

Dr Satpal Singh Shekhawat, graduated from Christian Medical College in Ludhiana, India. He then moved to UK in 2005 and completed his GP training in Northern Lincolnshire. He became a Member of Royal College of General Practitioners in 2009 and was awarded Fellowship of Royal college of General Practitioners in 2021.He has completed Master of Studies in Clinical Medicine from Cambridge University in 2024. He has special interests in Musculoskeletal system and has got a Diploma in Sports and exercise medicine. He also has interest in minor surgical procedures, and he is competent in looking after long-term conditions.

Dr Shekhawat has been an educator since 2010 and has been training GP trainees to qualify as GPs and he is an Honorary senior lecturer at Hull York Medical School and teaches year 4 medical students at his NHS practice. He has been senior partner at Kirton Lindsey and Scotter practice and has served in various leadership roles in the region. He was Medical Director of North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group from October 2018 till August 2022, and he has learnt a lot about clinical leadership and management in this period. Dr Shekhawat has been working as a GP partner In Kirton Lindsey and Scotter surgery for over 15 years and he is rated as an excellent GP. He was the winner of “Best GP of the year award” for 2023 at the Northern Lincolnshire GP federation awards.

He was elected as a Director of Safecare Network Ltd in October 2024.

Mutiat Salawu is a General Practitioner at Winterton Medical Practice, where she has worked since April 2020.  She Qualified as a GP in February 2009 working initially in North East Lincolnshire area, since 2018 she has been working in North Lincolnshire.

Over the course of her fifteen years of General Practice experience, she has developed a special interest in medical education and helping patients manage chronic conditions. Dr Salawu is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages especially the Frail population.

She has served as a Director of Safecare Network Ltd for the past 5 years and also acts as the organisation’s Clinical Lead, for SAFE which is the Frailty service for the North Lincolnshire Population..

Outside of work, Dr. Salawu enjoys travelling with her family exploring new cultures and food.

Lucy is the Practice Manager at Ashby Turn Primary Care Centre, a role she has held since 2020.

Prior to this, she worked at Safecare Network Ltd, where she progressed from Assistant Manager to Operations Manager. During her time at Safecare, Lucy played a key role in the development and delivery of several services, including the GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service, the Mass Vaccination Service, and the Pulse Oximetry at Home programme during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2022, Lucy completed a BA (Hons) degree in Leadership and Management at the University of Lincoln.

She currently serves as the Director and Staffing Lead at Safecare Network Ltd.

Christine Buckley is the Practice Manager at Ancora Medical Practice, where she has worked for over 30 years. She played a key role in the development of the Out of Hours GP service originally known as SAGPEC, which later became Safecare. Christine has served as a Director of Safecare for the past 10 years and also acts as the organisation’s Finance Lead, drawing on her background in finance.

A passionate advocate for Primary Care, Christine is dedicated to promoting the vital work carried out across the sector and within the Safecare service. Alongside her role at Ancora and Safecare, she is the Lead Manager for South PCN, Chair of the North Lincolnshire Practice Managers Group, and continues to take an active role in shaping Primary Care services locally.

Christine was the inaugural winner of the annual Safecare Awards, receiving the title of Practice Manager of the Year.
